Seasonal inspection of all roof areas. Debris removal from valleys, gutters, and low slopes. Sealant and caulk inspection and touch-up. Flashing tightness check at all penetrations. Pipe boot and vent condition check. Gutter cleaning and reattachment. Minor repairs included in the maintenance visit.
